St Nicholas Templ, Kalentzi

Designed as single-nave basilica, the temple has a wooden roof and its walls have been overlaid with mural decorations of later dates. The narthex at the western side of the temple has a mural depicting the Second Coming of Jesus. Built-in plinth blocks are found in the northern and eastern sides of the triple sided apse, as well as in the eastern wall, either horizontally aligned or framing larger stone blocks.

The dedicatory inscription is discernible atop the western entrance, in the interior of the temple.
